Step 1

Measure two lines on the floor 3ft and 5ft from a point of anchor. Wrap the Smart Toner around the attachment point for duel handle usage.

Step 2

The athlete starts with their feet on the 5ft line with arms fully extended in the chest press position.

Step 3

On the coaches “GO!” the athlete will jump back to the 3 foot line (touching or going past line) into a loaded athletic position with arms retracted. The athlete then jumps back to the 5 foot line (touching or going past line) into the chest press position with arms fully extended.

Step 4

Every time the athlete jumps to the 3 foot line and returns back to the 5 foot line with arms fully extended = 1 Rep. Count number of completed Reps in 45 seconds. COUNT ONLY COMPLETED PRESSES. IF ARMS DO NOT FULLY EXTEND ON THE PRESS THE REP DOES NOT COUNT. ATHLETE MUST TOUCH OR GO PAST BOTH LINES OR REP DOES NOT COUNT.
