Step 1
Identify two markers (cones, tape, etc) 3 ft apart. Athlete 3ft behind in center of markers.
Step 2
Perform split squat with forward foot pointing in direction of same side marker while touching hands directly beneath center of squat.
Step 3
Spring up to standing tall position, feet together, hands together over top of the head for one rep. Repeat on opposite side.
