Step 1
Start by placing 2 12" cones or hurdles 2' apart. Begin by lining up on the right side of the hurdles, load and explode laterally over the 2 hurdles, landing on your outside foot.
Step 2
In a fluid motion as your foot touches, reload and explode laterally back to the start position. Continue to repeat. Each time your outside foot touches counts as 1 rep.
