Step 1
Place a single 6” hurdle on the ground. The athlete starts on one side of the hurdle with feet shoulder width apart.
Step 2
To start, athlete brings the outside foot and leg across the hurdle and makes 3 quick foot contacts before quickly repeating this motion with the opposite site to return back to the starting postion.
Step 3
When the athlete completes the 3 foot contacts on both sides of the hurdle, that is 1 rep.
