When Playing is your sport, Combine360 provides a youth assessment designed to evaluate reaction, coordination, strength, flexibility and movement in a fun and comprehensive manner. The 6 tests of the youth assessment will provide parents, coaches and trainers with measurements that will structure Combine Training games, challenges and workouts that help the youth athlete develop into the competitor they aspire to be.

Arrowhead Run
Run through a 4 cone pattern over two trials, with one trial in each direction.
Double Ladder
Move quickly through a double ladder, finishing with a 5 yard sprint. 2 trials.
Med Ball Toss
Take 2 attempts at throwing a med ball the furthest distance possible.
Hoop Hopscotch
Complete 2 attempts at hopping through a progressively spaced series of 10 hoops.
Sandbag Shuttle
Complete 2 trials of a 60 yard shuttle while transporting 3 different sandbags.
