Next Workout: Train to Perform

In the Level III, TRAIN TO PERFORM workout, the objective is to align all 3 Primary Elements. It best reflects that all the skills, exercises and challenges associated with Combine Training have been executed with a particular purpose in mind. Whether they correlate to on the field, a performance event or just your elite level of training, hard work has been parallel to your success. Tempo and intensity are at its highest here in Level III, with load mixed in for either speed or maximal force production. Your athletic engine has been re-formatted and is ready to take on all challenges, including this workout.

Before starting the Next Workout, be sure to properly warm up. As you see here, the athletes in our video went through a comprehensive Dynamic Warm-Up that you can utilize as well.

Following the warm-up, our Train To Perform workout will take you through 5 exercises focused on the Primary Element of Athletic Movement while adding in both Performance Balance and Combine Strength progressions.  Use the tempo and coaching cues in the video and from your trainer. These cues will include your mentality (this level should represent a battle, train like it!), keeping a high energy level as variable and elements collide, demand success and hard work, don’t settle for average during this workout, maintain proper form and progression of movement and keep driving! You’ve worked extremely hard to get to this stage of training, now you owe it to yourself to see it through. Getting here doesn’t mean letting up. Keep driving and accomplish your goals.

Now that you’re ready to go, give our Level III Train To Perform workout a shot. Be sure to check back for your Next Workout very soon!
