INTEGRATIVE MOVEMENT
40 points

Athleticism is more than how fast and strong you are. The following three tests measure how well your body's nervous system interacts with muscles and movement to create balance and posture.

TOTAL BODY

Pressing Squat: Tests a total body movement pattern and mobility.

BALANCE

T-Balance: Tests balance, stability, and range of motion through a multi-joint and multi-planar movement.

POSTURE

Push Up Opposite: Tests postural strength and cross body firing patterns.

VISUAL ABILITY
40 points

Vision is one of the most overlooked elements to athletic success despite virtually every athlete requiring hand-eye coordination, quick reactions and the ability to see and swiftly process information. These tests measure the six main movements performed by the eyes - left, right, up, down, near and far.

NEAR/FAR ACCOMODATION

Ability to accommodate and switch focus. The higher the score, the better.

SACCADIC MOVEMENT - HORIZONTAL

Ability to use rapid bilateral eye movements left and right. The higher the score, the better.

SACCADIC MOVEMENT - VERTICAL

Ability to use rapid bilateral eye movements up and down. The higher the score, the better.
